Monitoring the Emotional Release of Others

Those releasing are usually unaware of their release within themselves. It is the hand on the breastbone that feels the emotional release as heat energy. It is this hand that must monitor the release through its sensing of the heat of the released emotions. When that begins to happen, you tell the client, “You are now releasing your emotions. Just keep on doing what you are doing because it is working.” Your hand will grow warmer and warmer as it fills with the heat of the releasing emotions. As it does, you lose your ability to feel the heat release.

Rinsing your hand in the saltwater removes the heat in your hand and renews your hand’s sensing ability. When you place your rinsed hand back on the breastbone, if you still feel heat, provide more feedback to the client by saying, “You are still releasing.”

If, when waiting for the release to begin, you feel a tingling instead of heat, your client is releasing thoughts, not feelings. Tell the client, “Focus upon releasing feelings, not thoughts.” Most will quickly begin releasing the heat of their emotions.

There is an exception to this rule. The released emotions of children aged 12 and under often feel like a tingle or energy. I think this is due to their immense youthful energy.
